Registration is now open!

Parish children in 4^th through 8^th grades are eligible.   

Print out and complete the CYO Registration form and deliver to the Parish office along with the fee and copies of your child’s birth and baptismal certificates. Forms can also be mailed to: Mike Selvaggi at 12 William Way, Long Valley, NJ 07853.   

Returning players do NOT have to provide copies of their birth and baptismal certificates.  Please contact Mike Selvaggi at 908-852-5041 if you have any questions.
