We exist to witness God's love so that all can share in His joy.
We meet on the first Tuesday of each month in the Marian Room.
Please join us for an evening of prayer, meditation, and fellowship.

Founded at St. James in 1948, the Confraternity of the Rosary (The Rosary Altar Society) is grounded in devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and has as its purpose to secure her patronage by the recitation of the Rosary for the spiritual benefit of members worldwide. The Rosary Altar Society is also a service organization, devoted to the care of the Lord’s sacred altars, Mass linens and clergy vestments.
Members gather each Monday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel to pray the Rosary. Special gatherings with guest speakers or performances are held on the first Monday following the first Sunday of each month at 7:00 pm in the chapel. The Society provides Rosary prayer pamphlets to parishioners and coordinates the annual May Crowning.
Membership in the Rosary Altar Society is open to all adult women and men of the parish. New members are inducted into the Society each October with a beautiful candle and blessing of roses ceremony.
The Living Rosary is a moving and symbolic way to experience the prayer together. Parishioners are invited to serve as “beads,” representing each prayer, or to follow along as we recite the Rosary as a parish family here at the church. Following the Living Rosary, we will have a picnic with burgers, hot dogs, and other refreshments. If you would like to sign up as a bead or need more information, please contact Pat at (908) 229-4975 or Gina at (201) 400-4380.
We join in fellowship to make Rosaries and give them to people who are local, in-state, and beyond. Join us if you would like to help. Contact us to set-up a time to meet at the church where we will show you how to make a Rosary. You can also make Rosaries and home, and we are happy to provide supplies and instructions.

Help us make blankets to share as a sign of God's love and faithfulness. Traditionally, shawls are given to people who are undergoing a medical procedure or as a symbol of our love and care for people who are experiencing loss or celebration.
For mothers and babies, special occasions, parishioners visited by our TCL ministry members, ministry participants decide who will receive the shawls. We meet twice a month to knit and/or crochet at the church; we can also meet your at home, at your convenience. Teens and adults are welcome.
We meet on the first and third Thursday of the month.
